Apartment 1: Classic French – Louis Quatorze and Campagne rooms The rooms in apartment 1 follow a classic French approach to style, with four-poster beds and sumptuous drapery and bathrooms. Walk straight out into the sun porch and palm-studded garden from this apartment. This apartment has: 1. Living room with fireplace and is equipped with sofa bed; 2. Luxury kitchen with 4 ring stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, grill, hob, kitchenette and oven; 3. Central heating, linen and towels provided; 4. Maid services are available with weekly apartment rentals for an additional fee. The private, walled garden comprises over an acre (3 500 m2) of lush vegetation and over 300 exotic trees, palms and shrubs, and is surrounded by the gardens of the adjacent villas. There is plenty of room for suntanning, a quiet spot for reading or meditation, or simply a gentle stroll to pick some of the fruit or discover an unusual flower or tree.

• Rental rates are average per apartment per week (the exact rate depends on each apartment), for four to six people sharing the apartment; they vary from 1190 euros per week for a one bedroomed apartment to 2940 euros per week for the most luxurious three bedroomed apartment. Each apartment has two ensuite luxury bathrooms and modern kitchen. dining and living rooms with home cinema and wi-fi internet access. All beds are king or queen size, and two of the apartments feature four-poster beds.
  
• There are four newly-completed, stunningly decorated apartments each occupying their own wing of the chateau with access to and views over the exotic sub-tropical walled gardens. Each apartment has its own classical marble fireplace, plus central heating and all modern conveniences.
