Character Farmhouse with spacious accommodation and swimming pool
This character property dating from 1880 has been sympathetically modernised to offer comfortable and spacious accommodation and is fully equipped with everything you need for a stress free and enjoyable holiday. It is on two floors with an easy rising staircase. In the adjoining walled garden there is a large sun terrace with a 10 m x 5 m swimming pool which is open from May to October for our guests to enjoy. Around the pool are sun loungers, umbrellas and table and chairs and a pergola. UK satellite television and French national television is available.

Mas Saurine is set in the peach and olive orchards just below the village of Joch, with Vinca, Finestret and Rigarda nearby. It is a peaceful location and very safe for children. Our local shopping is three minutes by car at Vinca. It has three bakeries and two mini supermarkets. Three bars, two restaurants and a pharmacy. There is also a tabac for newspapers and a post office. Vinca has a small outdoor market twice a week. We are only 10 minutes from Prades where there are two large supermarkets, an organic market and many bars and restaurants. There is a large outdoor market every Tuesday morning. The sandy beaches of the Mediterranean coast are just 40 minutes away. All of the beaches are very clean and offer safe swimming and life guards on duty. We are only 30 minutes from the vibrant city of Perpignan with its nightlife and cosmopolitan shopping. Skiing is available just one hour away with a choice of ski stations for all abilities.
