Perfect for family holidays. Mas Noell, a former apricot farm set in 10 acres of land is situated just outside the village of St Cyprien, a few minutes from the port and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. Close to Perpignan and Spanish boarder. Large swimming pool 14 x 6.5 meters. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom properties with air conditioning. Bicycles are available to borrow. St Cyprien boasts an International golf course and water park. Mas Noell is the perfect location to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Satellite T.V. and Wifi internet access. Sauna and massage facilities available at extra cost.

Offering everything you need to make your holiday a relaxing one, our cottages include the Old Workshop, the Old Dairyhouse and The Cottage. All come with 3 bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. All of our properties have an air conditioner to help keep you cool and comfortable in the height of summer. The Lounge/diner has a TV and seating for 6 and you even have your own private terrace with barbecue and table and chairs, to make the most of the warm summer evenings. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with a fridge/freezer and a microwave as well as a conventional oven and hob, and a dishwasher. There also exists three further properties with 2 bedrooms; one double, one twin or bunkbeds, bathroom/shower room, fitted kitchen and terrace with barbeque.

Situated on the plain nestling at the foot of the Alberes mountains, St Cyprien is a picturesque village located between Perpignan and Argeles sur Mer and is has its own beach and marina. The area is famous for its wine production and also produces wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables. Predominantly based around agriculture and tourism, the local area has masses to offer the holidaymaker, whether you are looking for an active holiday, or would just prefer to relax around the pool. Market towns abound, and the area is within driving distance of Andorra and Spain is a short drive down the beautiful coast. The food is delicious and typically Mediterranean, with countless restaurants and bars offering both local specialties and more well-known dishes. Some places of note are Collioure and Elne, just a stone's throw away which was the capital of roman Rousillon. Enjoy!

Relaxing Holiday

Supurb weeks holiday at Mas Noel, weather was beautiful, accommodation was clean and very well maintained. We all enjoyed the pool and trips to the beach and surrounding villages. The trip on the little yellow train was most enjoyable a really nice day out. Special thanks to Julie who was most helpful in every way.

Relaxing week at the cottage

Just returned from the Mas on 17/10 and have to say the accomodation is perfect very well equiped and lots of facilities to keep the kids occupied.
Bikes/table tennis/badminton/football/Swimming Pool/games/TV room and lots of books.
Found the place quite easily from the directions
loved the region itself especially collioure
would reccomend this accomodation and would love to return.
Weather was great we were very lucky.

Fantastic.. 10/10

We stayed in june 2009 and had a fantastic time.. The facilities are excellent, it was nice to l;et the kids play with worrying about the pool area as it is enclosed with a child (and sometimes adult) proof gate.
Julie and her family made us feel very welcome.
The property was clean and well equipped and spacious.
St cyprien plage is only a short distance away as is perpignan and are both well worth a visit. L'arago in perpignan and hidalgo in st cyprien are pricey but well worth the money.

What a relaxing time at Mas Noel!!

We stayed in the converted workshop during August 2009.
Everything was clean and tidy and as per description.
Julie could not haved been more helpful - a superb hostess where nothing was too much trouble.
Would recommend anytime.

Perfect place to chill out

We have just returned from a wonderful week spent at Mas Noell. We stayed in the barn which was just perfect , the rustic feel to this property made it very easy to relax and make it home for the week. Our boys aged 11 and 15 loved the chilled out approach of our host Julie, who made every effort to make sure we made the most of our holiday. Free access to the pool table and table tennis was a real bonus especially in the evenings when this gave the boys a chance to socialise with the other children, (the Irish girls were a big attraction)
One of the highlights of our week was the food and wine tasting evening organised by Julie, special mention has to be made of the apricot tart which was truly out of this world.
We flew from Manchester to Perpigan and hired a car with sat nav which was invaluable for finding our way around the area, although it must be said that the sat nav does not recognise Mas Noell as a known location, however the directions given by Julie were accurate and we managed to find it with only one wrong turn.
All of this was topped off by incredible weather and a lovely quiet pool to cool off in.
