This imposing turn of the century house is situated in the delightful historic town of Céret on a narrow cobbled street in the old walled part of the town leading to fine Baroque church, and the Squares with its nine-spouted fountain and restaurants shaded by plane trees. The 3 bedroom house itself is on four floors. It is light and airy, having large windows and a sunny aspect. The roofed terrace with gives lovely views over the red tiled rooftops of the old part of the town to the steeply rising oak and chestnut forested hills beyond. An ideal spot to sit and relax on a lazy day or to put one's feet up with a drink in the evening. All of the town’s amenities are within close walking distance.

Céret, a historic market town nestled between the Pyreenees Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea (1/2 hour) lays claim to clear blue skies and sunshine for some 300 days a year.
