The village is located 10 minutes drive from the magnificent Mediterranean and is situated in an area of outstanding beauty. Footpaths in to the mountains start from the village. Laroque has a number of quaint bars and restaurants as well as the mandatory bakeries, butchers and grocer. There is plenty of Medieval history attached to the area. Ceret is famous for its gallery with Picasso works of art and the Dali museum is just the other side of the border in Spain. Nearby Collioure is famous for its artists' studios, restaurants, shops, castles and quaint cobbled streets.

All prices quoted in euros and include 'normal usage' electricity. 25% of the rental price is due on booking with the balance due eight weeks prior to rental commencing. Should a booking need to be cancelled the deposit is non refundable. A breakage deposit of 300 euros is due on payment of the balance monies . This will be returned when the key is returned and the house has been checked over. Bed linen is included. Changeover day is Saturday. Guests are asked to vacate before 11.00am on day of departure and arriving Guests are asked to arrive after 3.00pm. Other arrangements can be made by prior agreement. Gas Bottles for the 4 ring stove are in place and are the responsibility of the hirer.
