Photos and Description of this Le Boulou holiday house The property sleeps upto 6 adults in 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

A traditional house on three levels with garage, private courtyard and terrace. The house is situated in a quiet street in the historic town of Le Boulou. On the ground floor is the garage and an apartment with small kitchenette with washing machine, a double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. The entrance hall leads to a private, walled courtyard with olive & lemon trees; steps lead to a large sun terrace (with views of the Pyrenees) and the main house. The house has kitchen (newly installed), dining and sitting area plus a bathroom/WC on the first floor with two large double bedrooms on the second floor. A cot is provided. The kitchen is equipped with hob, cooker and fridge/freezer. Sky television and Broadband access are also provided. The property is situated in the old part of Le Boulou. The town has all facilities including bars, shops, three top quality restaurants, take aways, swimming pool, tennis etc. (Search for the tourist office for further details.) Parking is in the garage or alongside the door on the street. (Further parking close by). Spain is 10 minutes away by car, and the nearest beaches Couiliere and Argeles about 20 mins. Within 2 mins walk of the house are foot/cycle paths along the river Tec into the foothills of the mountains. There are plenty of tourist attractions within a short drive. The nearest Ski resort is about 1Hr 15mins away.

Notes: The courtyard is totally private and enclosed by stone walls (children can't escape!). There is a barbecue provided. The courtyard is south facing so gets the sun all day but the trees provide shade. Above the courtyard is large tiled terrace, ideal for eating out. 4 Adult bikes are available free of charge (Please repair punctures etc.)

Local Contact: Airport collection from Perpignan, car hire can be arranged through a local British contact. They will also assist if advise is required in case of emergencies.

Airport info.: Perpignan (about 20 miles away) is served by Ryanair( Stanstead), FlyBe (Birminghan & Southampton) and BMIBaby (Manchester). The house is approx 2 hrs drive from Toulouse, 1h 30 from Montpellier. Also consider Girona about 40 mins away. Car Hire can be cheaper in Spain.

Ski Resorts: The nearest ski resorts are about 1hr15 away north of Prades.

Other Activities: All water-sports at Argeles-sur-Mer (approx 20mins drive)
