Nestling in the foothills of ‘Les Alberes', our house is only 4 km from the beach and a leisurely 15 minute walk to the bustling village of Argeles Sur Mer, where you will find all amenities including street side cafes and restaurants. The house is surrounded by woodland, has six acres of land with woodland glade and breathtaking views of the mountains. Being totally refurbished, the accommodation offers private entrance, superior furnishings and has three bedrooms (two doubles, each with a four poster bed, and one with twin beds), two bathrooms, large lounge and dining area with fully fitted open plan kitchen. Separate laundry room. French doors to large covered terrace overlooking garden, 6x12m swimming pool and BBQ for balmy summer evening eating.
