Holyday villas + apartments in a park of 20.000 square meters
Returning from Canada, we transformed a 5 acre vineyard into a beautiful wooded park and built a few houses for holiday makers of whom about 2 thirds have become regular guests. We are about 1 Km from the beach, about 1 mile by car or bike. About 500 meters from the beautiful castle of 'Château Valmy' surrounded of vineyards, there are also performances of bird-shows and musical events. A nice promenade leads to the château. Then we are about 1 Km from down town Argelès Village and Argelès Plage. The outskirts of the Pyrenee Mountains start right behind the castle and the tall ones of almost 3000 meters are to be found in one hours drive - our mountain paradise with many lakes and creeks, this in addition to the fabulous coastal-line. Villa 'les Oiseaux': 80m2 plus terrace and fenced garden. Large living room with sofa a arm chairs, a sofa bed, satellite TV. A complete kitchen with a dining area. Big refrigerator, stove with ventilation hood, grill, toaster, coffee machine and micro wave. 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 x 190cm double bed and the other with 2 single beds of 90x190cm. Bathroom with bathtub and shower plus a separate shower cabin & WC. There is a second WC with a washing machine. Outside one finds a semi shaded terrace and the BBQ. Outside the little fenced garden is much more garden with the private parking area - Picture number 1. Accommodation for 5 persons (or 6 exceptionally after agreement). Argelès is blessed with extremely long and large sandy beaches with clear and proper waters. In addition it's the beginning of the cliffs with its small beaches along the coastal-line from our Racou beach towards the south and nearby Spain. Argelès is a wide spread community which means that even in the high season it is not too congested, including on the beach with alongside a very long beautiful large promenade. Our neighbour city is beautiful Collioure where Picasso, Matisse and other painters whiled and still are. Le Roussillon has a great variety of landscapes ranging from sea level to 3000 meters high reminding of many sites in the world, even Colorado. A paradise where almost everything crows.
