The property is available for weekly rental. Longer lets will also be accepted. Once you have established which period you are interested in renting and checked the availability chart, please send an email to ascertain the week you would like to book is still free. An email will be sent to you in reply, hopefully confirming that you can go ahead with the booking. You will be sent a booking form and a contract document to complete, with a full description of the contents and condition of the house and grounds and a copy of our house rules. The booking form can be emailed back, and your booking will be held for 7 days. This will give you time to return the completed contract document by post and to organise payment of the deposit. Please forward also a copy of your insurance cover. Your booking will be confirmed by email when the completed booking form, the signed contract and the deposit have all been received. You will also be sent a timescale for payment of the balance.

Notes to the rental rates

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed by email when the completed booking form, the signed contract and the deposit have all been received.
    You will be sent a timescale for payment of the balance outstanding. This is due 8 weeks before arrival.
    Should you make a booking within 8 weeks of the arrival date, payment in full is required.
    A reduction in rental fees is offered for bookings of more than one week. This can be negotiated following the initial enquiry once you specify the dates of your stay.
  • A refundable security deposit of £1000/1400 euros is also due to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay.
    This is to cover the cost of any necessary repairs, replacement of breakages or extra cleaning before the property can be rented to new guests, should breakages or accidental damage have occurred, or should the property be left in an unacceptable condition.
    The security deposit, minus any deductions made if required, will be returned to you within 14 days after your departure, once the property has been cleaned and checked in readiness for new guests.
