Located side by side just minutes walk from the beach, yet only 5 minutes by car from Saint Cyprien Port where you will find shops, and many bars and restaurants. There is a shop a minute away where you can buy provisions and the villa's have easy access to all amenities, including the local markets for bargain hunting. There are large patio doors leading to the garden which have decked areas furnished with loungers, table and chairs to enable you do dine alfresco. Villa 1 has Two doubles and one twin bedroom. Villa 2 has One double and one twin bedroom. These Villas are ideal for large or small families with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Spacious 3 Bedroom Luxury Villa with air conditioning. Just a short walk from a beautiful blue flag white sandy beach. Modern well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine. The lounge is large and open plan plus a dining area with seating for 8. The large lounge area has a corner sofa, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD player. There are large patio doors leading to the garden which has a decked area furnished with loungers and patio furniture.

Saint Cyprien is a lovely seaside town and port with many bars and restaurants by the side of a beautiful marina. There are miles of white sandy beaches and just a couple of minutes walk of the villas there is a blue flag beach. There is plenty to do here, to name just a few are Aqua land water park, Boat Hire, Diving, Sailing, Horse riding, go karting, bowling and an International Golf Course with very reasonable green fees and club hire. The area is renowned for its stunning coastal and mountain views, which can be seen from the villas. Perpignan airport is approximately 25 minutes away, Gerona in Spain is approximately 75 minutes away and a trip to Barcelona will take 2 hours by car.

We had a wonderful fortnight in Villa 2 in St. Cyprien. The villa is very well kept with a very well equipped kitchen, two en-suite bedrooms and a comfortable living room. It was the nicest accomodation we had stayed in having spent many holidays abroad. We enjoyed lovely relaxing mornings on the beach less than five minutes walk from the villa. With our two teenage children we had great fun in Aqualand (5 mins by car), an adventure course (10 mins.) and canyoning (10 mins.). We also had day trips to Perpignan and Collioures.Patricia was very helpful before the trip and a local contact was available if necessary. We would recommend this villa to our friends.

The Villa was everything it said on the website and we (family of 5) had a great stay. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, clean, well maintained and the location was excellent.
We had super days out at Aqualand, Barcelona, St Cyprien and were pleasantly surprised by Le Rayaume des Lutins, which enthralled our 8, 5 and 3 year olds equally.
We would most certainly stay again and have already recommended the Villas to family and friends! (we'd quite like to return with friends and Villa 1 would easily and comfortably accommodate 2 families)

Villa 1 was perfect for our needs

Villa 1 was an extremely comfortable holiday home with everything we could have needed. The rooms were spacious and it was great that each had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty storage throughout the property so even with 8 people and lots of toys, we weren't cluttered.

The location was terriffic, we were just yards from the laguna (which was attractive and great for running / cycling around when it was cool enough) and just 5 minutes walk from the beach, even at the pace of small children.

The pebbled garden was a good size for our children to play and although the hedge is not yet a tall screen, we didn't find privacy a problem because the location was quiet (except for the occasional clunk from the nearby bottle recycling bin). You would need to be careful with crawling babies on the steps to the garden, but the high chair was very handy and there's a stair gate.

We went to the nearest beach every day and loved it (calm in the morning, windy enough for kite-flying in the afternoon), but also ventured to Aqualand which was a great day out. The town of St Cyprien and its larger marina was a short car journey away (we took the little road-train which is on a 1-hour loop) and the town was busy and bustling, whereas the area around the laguna was much more restful.

We would recommend the restaurant La Main a la Patte, excellent food and lovely surroundings. The hotel at the end of the road (< 10 min walk) has a beach bar with children's playground and live music which we enjoyed, and their buffet dinner was good.

The Wikiki Beach restaurant was fun with live music with average food, and the 'Le Temple Beach' restaurant with private beach looked great but we didn't get a chance to try it.

We would certainly stay in this villa or its neighbour, the smaller Villa 2, again.

Die sehr geräumige Villa besitzt eine schöne Innenarchitektur und ist komfortabel ausgestattet.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Küche, die Galerie und die Tatsache, dass jedem der drei Schlafräume ein eigenes, hübsch gestaltetes Badezimmer angegliedert ist. Zwei der drei Schlafräume und das Wohn/Esszimmer (inkl. Galerie) lassen sich hervorragend klimatisieren.
Wir haben während unseres 14-tägigen Aufenthalts mit 9 Personen (darunter 4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und ein Kleinkind) nichts vermisst und fühlten uns sehr wohl in dem Haus.

Der eingezäunte Garten ist sehr groß. Der Randbewuchs trennt ihn zur Zeit sichtmäßig nicht sehr von der Straße ab. Wir haben uns allerdings nie beobachtet gefühlt. Frühstück und Abendessen wurden regelmäßig auf dem Terassenholzdeck eingenommen.

Genügend Parkplatz für 2 Autos befindet sich auf dem Grundstück. Eine vorhandene Garage haben wir eher für unsere Strandutensilien genutzt.

Der Strand ist leicht und sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar (max. 5 min.). Erwähnenswert ist, dass er am Wassersaum kieselig ist und im Wasser einen kleinen Hang aufweist. Kleinstkinder und empfindliche Personen haben da schon mal Probleme, ins Wasser zu kommen. Es gibt jedoch in unmittelbarer Nähe für Kinder günstigere Abschnitte, so dass auch dies kein echtes Manko ist. Absolutes Plus aber: Die Sauberkeit des Strandes, und die hervorragende Wasserqualität.

St. Cyprien und die Umgebung bieten gerade für Kinder einige Attraktionen (wie in den anderen Bewertungen nachzulesen ist). Wir bevorzugten Ausflüge in die Pyrenäen, insbesondere zu den Katharerburgen.

Ein letztes Wort zu den Vermietern: Großes Lob für eine sehr freundliche, und stets verlässliche Kommunikation. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen (z.B. Anreisepläne, Informationen über die Umgebung) waren sehr gut, die Vertragsabwicklung wunderbar unkompliziert.
