Located side by side just minutes walk from the beach, yet only 5 minutes by car from Saint Cyprien Port where you will find shops, and many bars and restaurants. There is a shop a minute away where you can buy provisions and the villa's have easy access to all amenities, including the local markets for bargain hunting. There are large patio doors leading to the garden which have decked areas furnished with loungers, table and chairs to enable you do dine alfresco. Villa 1 has Two doubles and one twin bedroom. Villa 2 has One double and one twin bedroom. These Villas are ideal for large or small families with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Spacious 2 Bedroom Luxury Villa with air conditioning. Just a short walk from a beautiful white sandy beach. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is modern with a dishwasher, cooker, ceramic hob, microwave toaster etc. The Lounge is open plan with a corner sofa that converts to a double bed. There are large patio doors leading to the garden which has a decked area, furnished with loungers, and patio furniture. There is much to do here with Aqua land, horse riding, go karting, bowling, tennis, water sports, diving and a very nice 18 hole golf course all close by.

Saint Cyprien is a lovely seaside town and port with many bars and restaurants by the side of a beautiful marina. There are miles of white sandy beaches and just a couple of minutes walk of the villas there is a blue flag beach. There is plenty to do here, to name just a few are Aqua land water park, Boat Hire, Diving, Sailing, Horse riding, go karting, bowling and an International Golf Course with very reasonable green fees and club hire. The area is renowned for its stunning coastal and mountain views, which can be seen from the villas. Perpignan airport is approximately 25 minutes away, Gerona in Spain is approximately 75 minutes away and a trip to Barcelona will take 2 hours by car.

We thought as a family that the location was ideal. There were lots of activities for the children, most within walking distance from the villa. The beach just 2 mins walk was perfect.

Living in rural France ourselves we really appreciated the hustle and bustle of this lovely seaside resort. Also nearby Perpignan and Collouire were 2 real gems.

All in all a great holiday was had!

Had a really comfortable week in the 3- bed villa. Everything is brand new and tastefully kitted out; kids appreciated the satellite tv. Local shop served us well. Easy walking access to the local beach An added bonus was that during the week we were there a circus and a hot rod motor show set up right next to the apartment providing live local entertainment! Car required for travelling further afield.

Owner was really helpful and quick with coming back to us and helped us through the booking process.

This well proportioned and beautifully furnished villa is set in lovely location on an inland bay close to the beach. Plenty to do around about for kids and adults alike. Walking distance to Aqualand park. Horse riding, boating and watersports handy, climbing/adventure parks short ride away.Lots of quaint villages to discover with vinyards abound. Cycle hire we found required a large deposit per bike.
Villa has all mod-cons, newly fitted out to high standard and suited our needs exactly.
