Perpignan is only 25 mins drive with Girona only 50 mins. Discover the Languedoc region from here including Pyrenees mountains, local vineyards, Catalan culture,hill walking,cycling. Laroque des Alderes is the neighbouring village within walking distance. Local activities include summer festivals, tortoise park (kids love it), weekly market, horse riding, outdoor cinema.
