Two Charming 18th Century stone houses set on a typical Provencal hillside village facing south for all day sun. Beautiful terraced grounds with large private swimming pool. 300 days of sunshine and blue skies. Wonderful Medieval village of Uzes nearby with the premier Duchy of France, restored historical buildings and a huge Saturday Market. Trendy boutiques and restaurants. Many sporting activities and festivals nearby with classical music and dance, concerts & dancing in the street and of course the famous 'Running of the Bulls'. Easy trips mostly under one hour to everything of interest in Provence. Avignon, Nimes, Arles, Carmague, Luberon, Aix-en-Provence,St Marie de Mer, Les Baux de Provence, Isle sur Sourg etc and the most famous Aqueduct in the world the 'Pont du Gard' minutes away.

A grand 18th century Maison de Maitre stone house: Entering inside you will find an imposing central staircase with rooms going off each side in classical layout. Ground floor: Large fully equipped kitchen, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc, numerous plates, glasses etc for entertaining. Long table seats 8-10. Opposite salon comfortable sitting area for reading or listening to music. 1st floor: Large bedroom with super king size bed, views over village. Opposite bedroom queen and single bed. Views over pool and countryside and village. 2 bathrooms shower and toilet. 2nd floor: Large bedroom, super king size bed, private terrace views over pool country side and village. Opposite smaller room 2 bunk beds, bathroom, shower and toilet. Outside: Enormous terrace with 2 marble top tables seating up to 20 people. Large wood fired barbeque and gas barbeque, sun lounger’s. Share lower terraces and large pool with other house. Shaded pegola with seating 8-10.

Chic hillside stone village of St Maximin with a Noted Chateau ( Chateau St Maximin) which has a gourmet 'Table D'Hote' and 3 other restaurants in walking distance. Tennis and Boules courts in Village. Huge Supermarket 1 min away by car. 4 Kms from Medieval Village of Uzes with its central Chateau of the Duchy, wonderful quaint streets to explore with shops and restaurants galore and of course the enormous Saturday Market which brings in people from Miles around. Nearby the 2,000 year old Aqueduct ' Pont de Gard' which is spectacular to be seen by Kayak that can be rented in Collias 4 mins away. Many walking and cycling trails in area and year long festivals and fetes to suit all tastes. Coast and swimming beaches about 45mins by car.
