Beautiful countryside retreat

Our gite was simply furnished, spacious and spotlessly clean, with a quiet balcony where we had peaceful breakfasts and drinks at sundown. A short stroll through the garden took us down to the pool, which had stunning views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. Annabel and Adam were welcoming, helpful hosts.
The gites are well located for activities in and around the Ardeche gorge, and cultural visits to Avignon and Nimes, all accessible by car, but also have a series of beautiful walks on their doorstep, as well as the picturesque village of St Andre, where you can have a drink in the square and buy freshly baked baguettes. All in all, a charming and relaxing retreat.
