The apartment is situated beside the beautiful golf course of Vaquerolles, South West of the city of Nimes. It is on the top floor of an exclusive development with landscaped gardens and a communal swimming pool, and is serviced by a lift. It overlooks the tenth and first tees of the golf course and is approximately 300 yards from the club house. The apartment has the most stunning sun terrace running on two sides with panoramic views across the golf course. It has been furnished to a luxury specification and offers a lounge with dining area complete with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There are two twin bedrooms and sleeps four. Each bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. It is close to all amenities with the supermarket just a one minute drive away, including a doctors, dentist and pharmacy. The beautiful city of Nimes is a five minute drive away.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates include tea towels, towels and bedlinen. The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival.
  A 25% deposit will be required to secure booking with the remaining balance to be received 8 weeks prior to departure.
  A £250.00 security deposit will be required at the same time as the remaining balance. We reserve the right to deduct the costs of any breakages or damage from this, including any additional cleaning that may be required due to the apartment being left in an untidy state.
  
• Cancellations:
  Should you need to cancel your holiday giving 8 weeks notice the deposit will be refunded. Should you give less than this time your deposit will be retained in full.

Golf Course

The club at Vacquerolles is a very welcoming club. It has a large professional shop where you can buy anything you might forget for your golfing holiday. All bookings and green fees are made here. Buggies, electric trolleys and push trolleys are all available for hire. There is a fantastic practise area with bays both covered and uncovered, with a practise chipping and putting green. Tokens are available for this. We tend to buy in bulk and wander down to practise whenever we want this is a cheaper way to buy them! The club house serves a good lunch this is available until two in the afternoon. The restaurant is generally not open during the evenings.

Travelling

A car is recommended, but it is possible to get a taxi from the airport. For those not wanting to drive into town, there is a bus stop outside of the apartments with buses running very frequently into the town centre.
