Fitted kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer. Tastefully furnished, with local furniture. Tiled floors throughout. Games Room, with table football and table tennis table. Large, established garden with swimming pool, and poolside furniture. Pool alarm. Own private parking. Living room has TV and CD player. French windows in living room, which open on to patio. Wonderful house for family holiday Five bedrooms, two with fitted wardrobes, three with cupboard space. Bathroom upstairs contains bath with shower over, bidet, toilet, washbasin and English shaving point. Downstairs bathroom has shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin. House set in its own grounds with own entrance, with gates to lock on entry. Pool not shared. 4km outside of Uzes. Not too far to go into the countryside of the beautiful Gard region. Close to famous places like Pont du Gard, Avignon, Orange, Arles.

4km from Uzes on the road to Laussan/St. Amboix. Handy to visit Arles, Orange, Avignon, Nimes. All within about 45 minutes drive. Montpellier, with its lovely beach 45 minutes away. Uzes is an old 11th Century Duchy of France, lots of historical features and an old fashioned square with fountain to sit in and watch the world go by. Marvellous market on a Saturday, where you can buy food, pottery, flowers, plants etc. Loads of shops to visit, and there are also supermarkets. There are many restaurants to tickle those taste buds. For those of you who have children and like to act young yourselves, there is the Haribo sweet factory/museum to visit to help keep those sweet taste buds alive!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental includes linen and towels. In addition, payment of €200 to be made to cleaner at end of stay. This includes the compulsory end of stay clean and looking after the pool; this price also includes any calls made out to the house during your stay by cleaner. Please be aware that we advertise the house as a base for a self-catering holiday and hence all the equipment necessary for that is in the house, e.g. clothes washer, diswasher, kitchen equipment etc. A security deposit of £600 is required on final payment for your holiday. This will be returned one month after your departure. Should there be any damage or breakages, the amount necessary to cover costs will be taken from the deposit and the remainder returned to you. Thank you.
