Notes to the rental rates

• Rental includes linen and towels. In addition, payment of €200 to be made to cleaner at end of stay. This includes the compulsory end of stay clean and looking after the pool; this price also includes any calls made out to the house during your stay by cleaner. Please be aware that we advertise the house as a base for a self-catering holiday and hence all the equipment necessary for that is in the house, e.g. clothes washer, diswasher, kitchen equipment etc. A security deposit of £600 is required on final payment for your holiday. This will be returned one month after your departure. Should there be any damage or breakages, the amount necessary to cover costs will be taken from the deposit and the remainder returned to you. There is a charge of €200 in cash which should be given to the cleaner at the end of your stay. This price includes the compulsory end of stay clean, and pool cleaning.
