This peacefully situated French country villa is set in the beautiful Vineyard region of the Department du Gard and is approached via an Olive tree lined track. Within easy reach of the historic cities of Ales, Nimes, Arles, Uzes and Avignon it is also close to the stunning scenery of the Cevennes National Park and the tranquility of the Camargue. In addition to the spacious accommodation throughout, the villa also has a large private terrace and outdoor heated swimming pool, with wide open views across the valley and across to the medieval hamlet of St Cesaire de Gauzignan. Set in its own six acres of fields, gardens and woodland the property is surrounded by vineyards and farmland with views to the medieval village of St Cesaire de Gauzignan. The world heritage town of Uzes is within easy striking distance with traditional markets held every week - and don't forget the Musee de Bon Bon (Haribo to the kids) just outside of town. Further afield and you have the classical delights of Arles, Avignon, Pont du Gard, Aigues Morte and of course Nimes to explore. Natural landscape is not short on the list either with the stunning Cevanne to the North and the tranquil Camargue to the South, both within an easy half day's drive. With local shops and a restaurant/bar just 3.5km away at St Maurice de Caziviel you can be sure of all you need day to day, while Uzes, Ales and Nimes satisfy the more dedicated shopper!
