House interior detail: The house is beautifully restored and renovated. It’s a row house built into a hillside on a very narrow street. It has four stories with 240m2 total floor area. The ground floor has a fully equipped laundry, WC and restored cave with vaulted stone ceiling. A stone stair leads to the second floor, a wide open space (72m2) with high ceilings and exposed beams that includes kitchen, dining and living areas. Glass doors at the back lead to a 70m2 garden with terrace, fountain, culinary herbs and fig, olive and pomegranate trees. A spiral stair in the center leads to a third floor with two bedrooms, two double beds and a full bath. Another stair in the back bedroom leads to a mezzanine with a double bed and a south facing roof terrace with a spectacular view of the tiled roofs of the village houses, surrounding vineyards and olive groves, mountains and sky. The house is furnished with local antiques.
