La Palinzarde, beautiful villa in the vines
The property situated in the middle of a vineyard, offers a perfect opportunity for a calm family holidays. The garden included a swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a bowl game and a vast park at the back. The house has two shaded terraces, one of them equipped with teak furniture and a mobile barbecue for outside meals. The ground floor offers an American kitchen open on a dining room and a vast sitting room with a chimney. All these room open south on the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds as well as a bathroom.

Vénéjan is a small medieval village situated in “the Gard”, on the crossroad of many pedestrian walks along the scenic road of the “Côtes du Rhone”, 3 km away from Bagnols sur Cèze and 8 km away Pont Saint Esprit and his Provencal market. Avignon and its famous theatre festival are at 35 km, Orange and its opera festival are at 25 km. In less than a hour one can discover the lovely town of Uzès, the marvellous “Pont du Gard” and the village of potters “Saint Quentin la Poterie”. Nîmes, its ancient Roman amphitheatre and its airport are situated at 40 km. For those enjoy swimming in rivers, la Cèze” and “l’Ardèche” are 20 minutes away. Roads towards “Ardèche” and “Les Cévennes” are most appreciated by cyclists.

Chère Line, Nous sommes arrives en Angleterre sans aucun problème. D'ailleurs, on est rentrée avec un peu du soleil d'Avignon parce qu'il fait plus beau en Angleterre cette semaine qu'avant!
Merci beaucoup pour les deux semaines dans votre très jolie maison. C'étaient les meilleures vacances et on garde toujours de très bons souvenirs de notre trop court séjour dans le Gard.
