Ground floor: large fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dining room with teak furniture, fireplace, bathroom with bath and shower, separate dressing room and laundry room, 3 comfortable queen size bedrooms, one with en-suite jacuzzi bath, dressing and bay window to terrace, a second with access to pool and terrace, a third queen size bedroom with sofa. Top floor: large mezzanine overlooking the sitting room with a lounge/study area and a TV/DVD room for relaxation, and on the night side of the house 2 more large twin bedrooms where beddings can be arranged according to your requirements (in king size double beds).

Fully equipped with recent electrical appliances such as radiant stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, 2 refrigerators incl one large US size , kettle, coffee maker, 2 stereo players, 3 TVs and a DVD player, washing machine, clothes dryer, water softener, alarm system, electric blinds, remote controlled electronic gate and security camera.
Numerous pots and pans and crockery to enable you to entertain like in your own home.
Books for browsing on shelves, DVD for home entertainment, stylish teak furniture and tasteful decoration create a homely and relaxed feeling typical of Provence.
How to reach us and what to do locally:
Our house is conveniently located less than an hour's drive from Montpellier or Nîmes airports, which are well served by the UK major low cost airlines from Gatwick, Liverpool , Luton and Nottingham. Marseille Provence airport is also an hour away, with regular flights from Gatwick and Dublin.
Once settled you will indulge in your favorite holiday pastimes, here are a few suggestions:
Leave the house directly by bike or foot to explore country lanes. Play petanque on the village square.
Bargain hunt in the villages open markets.
Enjoy wine tasting in the local wineries: Côtes du Rhône, Lirac, Listel, Châteauneuf du Pape.
Absorb the atmosphere of Avignon Theater Festival or Orange Opera Festival .
Delve into the region's history dating back as far as the Roman Empire: Pont du Gard, Nîmes, Arles, Castillon du Gard, or les Baux de Provence.
