The villa is situated in the hillside village of Montignargues amidst a sea of vineyards, with the beautiful Roman town of Nimes, the traditional market town of Uzes and the famous Pont Du Gard all within 30min drive. The villa is a modern self contained property offering every convenience. Inside, there are no stairs to overcome, all rooms are contained within the one ground floor. The villa comfortably sleep 6 (one double bedroom with air-conditioning and two twins), with a bathroom containing twin basins, bath-tub/shower and an individual housed toilet. It has a spacious newly refurbished fully equipped kitchen with utility room (washing machine, tumble drier, freezer) and large sitting room with open fireplace (including TV UK channels, English videos and DVDs, board games, CD player). The south facing garden is fully fenced and well maintained with swimming pool (including safety cover) and also a BBQ, table and chairs and 6 sunbeds. There is secure off road parking up to 3 cars.
