This beautifully, well appointed villa lies in a peaceful residential area of Aigues-Mortes at just five minutes from the historical walled town centre and just a couple of kms from the fabulous beaches of Le Grau de Roi and St Maries de la Mer. The villa is built recently with every comfort: air-conditioning, a lovely well equipped kitchen, comfortable leather sofas and agreeable outdoor dining furniture ensuring an excellent standard through out the villa. The large and spacious lounge opens directly on to the pool and dining terrace. The delightful garden is completely enclosed and abounds with Mediterranean flowers and shrubs which are cleverly lit at night. Very well situated for World cup matches at a short drive from Montpellier and access towards Toulouse etc.

Aigues-Mortes is the capital of the Petit Camargue and has easy access to the fabulous sandy beaches of Le Grau de Roi, Stes Maries de la Mer and the other beaches of Montpellier. The medieval walled city itself provides a vast choice of restaurants and shops plus art galleries and historical sites. The nearby Camargue is ideal for walking and wildlife watching, boat trips and safaris can be organised to see the wild bulls, horses and flamingos ! The heart of Provence is just above Aigues-Mortes, St Remy, Arles at just a short drive.

Aigues-Mortes, capital of 'La petite Camargue', is a picturesque medieval walled city full of history, since King St Louis set off on the Crusades from the port. Now the streets are very animated, full of lovely restaurants and shops and many art galleries, and at a short walk from the quiet residential area where the villa lies. Situated on the Canal du Midi it is only 5 min by car to the sandy beaches of Grau de Roi & Port Camargue where many sea sports can be enjoyed, and at 20 min from St Maries de la Mer, heart of gypsy traditions. There are several very good golf courses nearby and even 2 centres of thalassotherapy!
