Elegant, Luxurious villa, IDEAL for 2 / 3 Families -POOL HALL- near UZES

This bright, comfortable, spacious and functional villa will seduce you with its modern and sophisticated decoration. It is equipped to higher standards. A landscaped enclosed garden (over an acre) surrounds the house and the swimming pool of 5 m x 10 m .(it's opening April to the end October). The kitchen, the lounge, the large hallway leading to the bedrooms and the bathrooms follow one another, which gives light and space and a very friendly atmosphere. The lounge opens by large picture windows on the terrace shaded by a pergola, overlooking the pool with countryside view. This is a very pleasant dining area. You will enjoy swimming at night in the pool, lighted from the inside. Our villa is very convenient for two families or friends, looking for a quiet and comfortable location to meet and to explore a beautiful region. A MONTEILS, the villa is located near the sea, the mountains and several tourist towns as Anduze, where you can visit the bamboo plantation, 'La Bambouseraie', catch the small steam train or practice archery. Ales is a pretty tourist town with lovely pedestrian streets and the Witness Mine. Other activities (bowling, cinema, disco) are available. The villa is 15 miles from Uzes and its duchy and beautiful market, 28 miles from Nîmes bullring, the Pont du Gard and the Viaduct of Millau. There are various museums to visit, caves, the Crocodile Farm and much more. And a lot of activities available: potholing, bungee, go kart, the nautical center at Camboux Lake, climbing, Adventure trips, mountain biking, water park 6 miles away, canoeing, walking or riding treks, tennis without forgetting the Cevennes Park, eligible to the Unesco World Heritage. Information will be provided to you upon arrival.

Notes to the rental rates

  • All prices are given a week, from Saturday to the following Saturday. Arrivals are scheduled from 17 pm. Departures are at 10am. Sheets and towels (quality) are included in the price of the rental. THE BEDS with linens ARE PREPARED FOR ARRIVAL. ( It's like at the hotel)
    Possible change of linens on demand.
    The hand towels and towels dishes, as well as carpets output bath are provided and included in the price. Ask our narrative for the different charges depending on the season.
    The towels for the pool is not provided but can be rented on the spot. Regular maintenance of the pool and the garden is done by professionals during the opening season (1 April to the end of October)

    The bed linen and towels are included in the rental.
    And final exit clean 90 € obligatory.

A gas barbecue, 2 adult bikes, a small bike for a 4 to 6 years old child are available for free. There is an automatic gate at the entrance and we will provide you two remote controls. There is enough space to easily park 4 to 5 cars. Alarm system. The pool is secured with a pool alarm and maintained by an automatic electrolytic system (with salt). The swimming pool is opening of April to the end October. In case of any problem you might have, we will provide you a phone number and we will be at hand very quickly to help, no matter what question or situation.

games room

The games room is bright and includes a 'Chevillotte' pool for French and American play, a real table football, an electronic dart board, a sitting area with other board games and building games for the little ones (Kapla...). Outside there is a table tennis table under the trees. Petanque Boules are available.

Self-contained guest house close by

The guest house (called a 'mazet' in the area) comprises a 204 sq.ft comfortable double bedroom, with mosquito nets and ceiling fan, and a lovely shower room with toilets.With television on the bedroom. It is located just in the front of the villa, overlooking the pool as well, but self-contained and very pleasant. The rear is facing south, overlooking the countryside. There is another nice covered terrace, just before the entrance, where you will find a small summer kitchen with fridge, and a pretty dining area, allowing you to be completely self sufficient if you wish to. Heading to the pool and the villa, through the covered terrace, you will get across the small summer lounge facing the pool, where you can read or relax in the shade. Very ideal for 2 families, for visiting beautiful country. This annexe is NOT let separately from the house
