games room: The games room is bright and includes a 'Chevillotte' pool for French and American play, a real table football, an electronic dart board, a sitting area with other board games and building games for the little ones (Kapla...). Outside there is a table tennis table under the trees. Petanque Boules are available. Ping-pong and badminton with all necessery- At the end of 2009 early 2010: We install a home theater in the living room. There will also comfort a hairdryer in each bathroom and shower room.
Self-contained guest house close by: The guest house (called a 'mazet' in the area) comprises a 204 sq.ft comfortable double bedroom, with mosquito nets and ceiling fan, and a lovely shower room with toilets.With television on the bedroom. It is located just in the front of the villa, overlooking the pool as well, but self-contained and very pleasant. The rear is facing south, overlooking the countryside. There is another nice covered terrace, just before the entrance, where you will find a small summer kitchen with fridge, and a pretty dining area, allowing you to be completely self sufficient if you wish to. Heading to the pool and the villa, through the covered terrace, you will get across the small summer lounge facing the pool, where you can read or relax in the shade. Very ideal for 2 families, for visiting beautiful country. This annexe is NOT let separately from the house
Distances from sites of interest: To view the Our album photographs of our villa, please contact us. Ales and the Witness Mine are 6 miles away. The Bamboo plantation (La Bambouseraie) at Anduze and the small Steam Train of the Cevennes are 9 miles away. Uzes and its Duchy are 15 miles away as are the Pont de l'Arche Valley, in the Ardeche Gorges, and the Caves of Aven d'Orgnac. The Pont du Gard is 19 miles away, the Bullring in Nîmes and the Airport are 28 miles away. The Crocodile Farm in Pierrelattes are 31 miles away. Avignon, its Festival and the 'Cité des Papes' are 38 miles away as is the Montpellier Airport. The sea at Le Grau du Roi is 43 miles away as are La Grande Motte and its Casino. The Luberon region and the Viaduct of Millau are 60 miles away.
Golf: There is a golf course at Ribaute les Tavernes, 9 miles away, another in Uzes 9 holes , 15 miles away and the golf course at La Grande Motte 18 holes + 9 holes pitch and put is 43 miles away. Nimes Vacquerolles 18 holes + 9 pitch and put Nimes 45 km and Campagne (private) 18 holes.
Other Activities: BILLIARD 'Chevillotte' play French-American - pool hall into the villa.
