Farmhouse with pool

The property is situated just outside Bourganuef and overlooks the village, giving you some of the best views of the countryside. It has all the facilities you need for a perfect holiday. Our home sleeps 8/10 people plus cot very comfortably. We have 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 put u up beds, highchair and travel cot/playpen. SKY TV, DVD players are in 3 of the bed rooms. The country style kitchen is very large and fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Downstairs is a shower room. The sitting room is equipped with SKY, TV DVD player, CD unit, books and games for all the family. With central heating through, the house is ideal for all year round holidays. Upon your arrival you will receive a welcome pack.

Our home is situated just 10 minute walk from the town. There you will find supermarkets, banks, bars, cafes, restaurants, hospital, church and every Wednesday - local market. With only a 15 minute drive away you have a 15 hectares lake (Lac Vassiviere) for watersports, man-made beaches for swimmers with life guards, fishing, restaurants and bars. Also you have Oradour-sur-glane, Red deer and wolf parks, Steam train rides and lots more. With a 40 minute drive you are at Limoges which is Frances 2nd largest city, a great day out for shopping (closed all day Monday).

Local activities tennis, cycling, swimming, walking, sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing

  • The rental dates are from Saturday to Saturday. 4-00pm arrival and departure time is 10-00am, unless otherwise agreed. A deposit of 25% of the rental charge is payable at the time of reservation and the balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental. Added to this is a damage bond of 150.00; this will be returned within 5 working days less the cost of any breakages, damage or excessive cleaning charges.
    In the event of the reservation being made within six weeks of the start of the rental period, the full amount of the rental plus the damage bond is due at the time the reservation is made.
