Coulerolles is a small hamlet famous for its local brewery set on the south facing slopes of the beautiful river Gartempe, just 4km from the bustling market town of Bessines with its cobbled market square, restaurants and bars. It is just 25 mins north of Limoges and 15 mins from the Monts d’Ambazac. You’ll find sandy beaches, sailing, water skiing, and windsurfing, flumes, tennis and volleyball courts at Lac de St Pardoux and swimming at the lake in Bessines just 5 minutes away.

This very comfortable farm cottage can sleep 6 and has 2 bedrooms each with en suite. An additional sofa bed in the sitting room can be used if required. The kitchen is well equipped including fridge-freezer, microwave, a large 5 burner gas cooker and washing machine. The lounge has a log fire in front of the old bread oven and comfortable seating for 6.

Notes to the rental rates

• Schools Holidays for February, October and December are charged at Mid Season rates.
  Prices are charged in Sterling but we can accept Euros if this is easier for you.
  Changeover day by arrangement.
  
• Special arrangements can be made for long lets out of season.
  All you need to bring are your own beach / pool towels.
  
• Heating charges are included in the rental rates up to 8KW per day with additional units and logs at cost thereafter
  Cleaning: We do not charge for end of stay cleaning provided the property is left as clean as you found it- but we understand that this takes time out of your holiday and a cleaning service is available on request at a cost of £60.

The Limousin

The Limousin unspoilt, largely undiscovered, authentically French. The area is perfect for relaxing with woodlands and lakesides to explore either on foot, bike or horseback. You can choose to get away from everyone or take advantage of the many beaches and way marked tracks Lunchtimes and evening meals are well catered for at a complete cross section of restaurants in the market town of Bessines, the surrounding villages or the historic and lovely city of Limoges famous for its porcelain. Local markets and good supermarkets provide for those who enjoy experimenting at home either indoors, under the covered terrace with BBQ or in your own private patio area.
