La Chauveliere gite in an equestrian propertiy of 23 ha
An authentic « Touraine cottage » for nature and horse lovers,. Set in the heart of the Touraine countryside hidden between the forest and meadows. In this mild climate find the vegetation of the south Touraine with its wild orchids and mushrooms. Keen hitch-hikers and bike riders have direct access to tracks and circuit which run through the Natural Parks of the area. Animal lovers will enjoy the direct contact with the horses at La Chauveliere, the family pony, the goat, the dogs, and the hens. Children will be delighted to ride around the property on Galipette, our pony. La Chauveliere is a cosy longere where the charm of the huge fire place dominates the living room. There is direct access to the garden where outdoor games can be found (slide, table tennis, sandpit)

Paulmy is a quiet rural village near to the prehistorical site of the Grand Pressigny (8km) and Loches, a medieval town (20 km). In the summer, you can listen to live music in the local restaurant bar, go fishing or play tennis in the village. There are two chateaux less than 2 km away, prehistoric sites and local markets nearby. Visit the « Châteaux of the Loire » and the Touraine wine cellars.
