Ideally situated in a peaceful setting with breathtaking views in the heart of the Loire Valley - only 5 mins from the historic town of Loches. Famous châteaux, vineyards, local markets and restaurants all within easy reach. Sporting facilities, fishing also available nearby. Theme park, futuroscope 50 mins, tours 35min, with TGV to Paris and Euro disney 55 mins. Both properties share a fenced heated swimming pool 11m x 5.5m ( open june 1st to 15th October ). Separate outside shower room, and toilet. BBQ and garden furniture provided for each property. Both properties have their own private garden. Cots and high chairs available on request. Bed linen and towels provided. Laundry room with washing machines.

NEWLY RENOVATED CONVERTED BARN. SLEEPS 6 - 9 + BABY. Ground floor : Beautifully decorated property comprising of large open plan accommodation. Large lounge and dining area with open fireplace with wood burner and spiral wooden staircase leading to 1st floor ( double sofa bed ). TV for playing videos and dvd's. Hi-Fi provided. Brand new fitted country kitchen. Dishwasher, electric fan - assisted oven and hob. Large fridge freezer. Bedroom 3 - on ground floor - Large Double bedroom with king size bed, leading to en-suite shower room. 1st floor: Bedroom 1 - Double room with double bed. Bedroom 2 - Double room with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower. Area for double sofa bed. Bed linen and towels provided ( please bring your own pool towels). Large outside private garden mainly laid to lawn with fruit trees ( child friendly ). BBQ and garden furniture provided. Shared heated pool.
