Ideally located in the heart of the historic towns and Chateaux of the Loire, with Amboise, Blois, Chambord, Chenonceau, Chaumont and Cheverny to name but a few, all within easy reach. The City of Tours with its mediaeval quarter and its glitzy department stores, can be reached in 25 mins by train from Montrichard. Just 2 hrs south of Paris, the Loire Valley is a great stopover point for those heading south or on to other destinations.
