Notes to the rental rates

• Rates are for the exclusive use of the house, grounds and swimming pool. Towels and bedlinen, electricity and use of the telephone for local and national calls are all included.
  Daily maid service and baby sitting charged as extra.
  Length of stay is negotiable during the mid and low seasons.
  
• Bed and breakfast from October to March - 70€ per room per night.
  Single room occupancy - 50€ room per night
  Breakfast is a full continental breakfast.
  
• The house is available on a catered basis for groups - we welcome groups of walkers, golfers, cyclists, painters, photographers...whatever your interest we can offer you excellent accommodation, delicious cuisine and help with planning your schedule for your stay - inquire for further details and references. This is a magnificent property set in 11 acres of garden and orchard and surrounded by undulating hills and quiet country lanes. The property dates back to the early 19th Century and has been tastefully restored to retain many of its original features (grand spiral staircase, marble fireplaces, polished wooden floors). The wide variety of trees and shrubs in the gardens create interest throughout the year and a haven for the many species of bird. The private pool offers a place to relax, whilst for the more energetic, there is ample space to play games or to enjoy the splendid views from the hillside walks direct from the house.

During the Autumn, Winter and Spring months we offer catered accommodation for groups who wish to pursue special interests (painting, photography, golf, cycling etc.) as well as French language courses. The property is also available for small business seminars.
