Photos and Description of this Agen area holiday cottage 3 gites, each with 2 bedrooms and shower room. All gites sleep 4/5. Shared pool.

La Grange is situated on the edge of a small medieval village which has the remains of an 11th century abbey and a beautiful 13th century Church. Within 100 metres are a small supermarket, bar/restaurant, post office, museum and tennis court - yet the views from the large, secluded garden are to the countryside beyond. The cottage at the top of the garden has its own patio with garden furniture and BBQ. The lodges (part of the restored barn) are semi-detached and look out on to a large covered patio providing welcome shade from the summer sun and includes table tennis table and built-in barbecue. The 10m x 5m pool is for the use of all guests. Within easy distance of Agen, Moissac, Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Cahors there is plenty to see and do: historic sites, water parks, canoeing ,cycling, walking, golf as well as many good restaurants - including a 2 star Michelin. All the charm of a rural location with all village amenities nearby.

The cottage is a pretty stone building at the top of the large enclosed garden. There are herbs, flowers and cherry, apple, apricot and greengage trees in the garden. It has its own patio area with garden table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. Accommodation: Ground Floor - kitchen/dining area, large shower room/WC, two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds). First floor - spacious sitting room with bed settee and lovely views across the garden to the hills beyond. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, satellite TV, DVD player and CD/tape/radio player.
