Au Bardeche - An immaculate 17th Century Residence with private pool
This immaculate house is a perfect retreat for those wanting to get away from it all. The Bastide towns of Monsegur, Eymet and Issigeac are within easy drive. Au Bardèche offers all the home comforts whilst retaining a number of the original features. It has a beautiful walled pool area, lovely views of the Chateau at Duras and of the rolling countryside with vine covered slopes. Enjoy a glass of wine under one of the covered terraces or take a walk through the orchard. The kitchen with imposing fireplace is fully equipped with americal fridge/freezer / ice maker, range oven, dishwasher and a number of electrical appliances. If required, a cook and maid service may be available during your stay. On the ground floor you have a piano lounge, TV lounge (with UK TV), CD player and 2 bedrooms. There is a sumptious bathroom with roll top bath, bidet, power shower and 2 WC's. There are a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The property is for rental all year.

This house is simply divine with everything you could possibly need or want. No small detail has been overlooked (even a full set of herbs and spices were at the house!). The local area is quiet and perfect for a get away from it all break. Thank you for everything. Highly Recommended!!!
