Préniac is quietly situated within a hamlet on the brow of a hill built around the delightful courtyard of a lovely 18th century farmhouse. The property is set within 6 acres of tranquil parkland, including a large 12 x 6 metre landscaped pool and a small lake with stunning views in all directions across the surrounding countryside. Preniac comprises the owners farmhouse and 3 pretty and spacious Gites, built in the typical Quercynoise style of local white stone. The property lies just outside the picturesque village of St Pantaléon, located in the beautiful rolling countryside of the southern Lot, amidst vineyards and sunflower fields. Each spacious place is fully equipped with Sky TV and DVD players and guests can borrow DVDs from the owners library. There is outdoor table tennis, and each gite has its own private terrace or outdoor seating area with private barbecue facilities.

Tournesol, originally a stone built barn, is now a very spacious 4 bedroom gite sleeping 8 people in comfort. Tournesol has a double height open plan living kitchen dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is very spacious and is adjacent to the dining area, which seats 8 comfortably and overlooks the covered terrace. The large living area is arranged around a raised mezzanine and open log burning fire. Also on the ground floor is a large family bathroom, separate toilet, utility area with washing machine and two large bedrooms. Bedroom 1, has French windows overlooking the terrace. Bedroom 2 has a beamed ceiling and is furnished with 2 antique French sleigh beds. Stairs lead up from the living room to a galleried mezzanine which comprises the second seating area and this leads to 2 generous sized double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. Outside, Tournesol has its own covered terrace and barbecue area, with beautiful views across the grounds.
