Préniac is quietly situated within a hamlet on the brow of a hill built around the delightful courtyard of a lovely 18th century farmhouse. The property is set within 6 acres of tranquil parkland, including a large 12 x 6 metre landscaped pool and a small lake with stunning views in all directions across the surrounding countryside. Preniac comprises the owners farmhouse and 3 pretty and spacious Gites, built in the typical Quercynoise style of local white stone. The property lies just outside the picturesque village of St Pantaléon, located in the beautiful rolling countryside of the southern Lot, amidst vineyards and sunflower fields. Each spacious place is fully equipped with Sky TV and DVD players and guests can borrow DVDs from the owners library. There is outdoor table tennis, and each gite has its own private terrace or outdoor seating area with private barbecue facilities.

Pavot is a very pretty detached 1 bedroom stone gîte, ideal for couples. It consists of a cosy, newly fitted kitchen diner and comfortable seating area, an entrance hall with ample storage, a double bedroom and a fully tiled shower room with separate toilet. It has its own outside seating area to the front with views across the rolling countryside and private barbeque facilities.
