A peaceful haven with a fabulous outlook

A very warm welcome from Min and Paul set the scene for a great week at Lalanne.
The house and setting were excellent as expected from the website with everything beautifully kept giving us no concerns about whether we had forgotten to bring anything. In fact the relatively local shopping facilities and particularly low cost gazoline were only a short drive away.
As keen birdwatchers with an interest in wild life the environment was perfect and very relaxing.
Just a few birds noted around the house at different times of the day:
Nuthatch, Treecreeper,Great Tit, Blue Tit, Black Cap (pair), Chaffinch, Willow Warbler, Garden Warbler or Cettis, Long-tail Tit, Redpoll, Alpine Swifts, Robin, Pied Flycathers (Male & Female),Buzzard, Pidgeon, Crows, Tawny Owl, Red Legged Partridges, Green Woodpecker, Kestrel (pair), Wood Warbler, Heron, Blackbird, Jay, Lesser White Throat, 2 x Pied Wagtails.
Deer, Bats and Red Squirrels were also in the locality.
Kathy and I thoroughly enjoyed the seclusion of the property whilst knowing that Min and Paul were only a phone call away if we had needed any additional service.
No hesitation in recommending this property to friends and relatives.
