Notes: The tiny hamlet of Thezels consists of a 300 yr old church 5 or 6 small homes and sitting above it with commanding views of the valley is the old stone farmhouse. Driving up to the house you are greeted by an ancient Lime tree. Beyond double arched doors is a private courtyard, ideal for lazy summer lunches. One end of the courtyard is enclosed providing shade from the summer heat. Access to the house is either via the courtyard or up the main stairs which lead into a large open plan, well appointed kitchen and dining room. The huge living room features a cathedral ceiling and large fireplace. Stairs lead up to two attic bedrooms and shower room. A further bedroom and fully renovated bathroom downstairs complete a very comfortable and charming residence.

Through French windows in the living room you walk out onto the paved terrace into which the pool is set. As with the rest of the house the terrace has a magnificent view of the countryside and with a glass of wine in hand the sunsets are something to behold. With 6 acres of fields and woodlands there is plenty of room for kids to roam and dogs are welcome.

Golf de Rouscous: Situated a quick 10 minute drive from the house is a delightful 9 hole golf course. It is 5244 metres in length and a Par 70, Slope 133. Golf de Rouscous is open all year round, has a lovely Club house with a Pro-shop, tennis court and swimming pool together with a driving-range with 9 stands, 5 of them sheltered.
