Vue Du Lac is a traditional cottage within the Gers region, having been built in 1822. It was part of a working farm until ten years ago. It has undergone extensive interior modernisation, while keeping original character and charm. A large house, within five minutes walk to the ancient town of Mauvezin and its’ amenities; Vue Du Lac has a very large private garden, with mature trees and outbuildings. It provides an ideal base for exploring this varied landscape. One hour from the Pyrenees and Northern Spain .

| Notes: | Vue Du Lac is on the outskirts of the historic town of Mauvezin. Whilst there is poor accessibility for wheelchairs, the cottage is easily accessible to the elderly who have reasonable mobility. Parking is under cover. |
