Le Bulidou is privately situated just outside the little hamlet of Sainte Cecile in over 2 acres of grounds with lovely views across undulating countryside. The grounds, with mature fruit trees reach down to the woods where guests can walk to the neighbouring village and a lake. The house has been extensively restored in attractive 'Quercy' stone to a high standard and has full central heating and offers excellent accommodation for 2 families. There is a separate barn housing table tennis and pool tables and bikes. The house is very well equipped with satellite TV, DVD and video player and music systems in sitting room and barn with a selection of DVDs, videos and CDs for your use. The 10x5m pool is ideally situated to be in view of the house. Montaigu de Quercy is 5 kms. This atmospheric, lively village has a good range of local shops, a typical French market each Saturday and a large leisure lake. It is in the Cahors wine region with many excellent restaurants.

Le Bulidou is situated just outside the tiny hamlet of Ste Cecile in a rural position at the end of a road with great views of undulating countryside. It is not overlooked at all and the only sounds that can be heard apart from the birds and wildlife are the tractors tending the farmland. The house is idyllically positioned and often surrounded by sunflowers. Montaigu de Quercy is 5km away and a lively spot with shops, bars, restaurants and a large leisure lake and a typical French market every Saturday. Moissac is 45 mins away and is a bustling town famous for its Romanesque Cloisters and Abbey. Agen is also 45 mins away and is the county town of Lot et Garonne which changed hands 11 times during the hundred year war. It is famous for its plums (pruneaux) and has a beautiful museum housed in four renaissance houses on the banks of the Garonne.
