It has been completely restored, retaining its original character with magnificent stone work, ancient beams and fireplace to provide a wonderfully comfortable and stylish home with light airy rooms and all modern convenience. With its large and beautifully situated swimming pool, it is the ideal spot for a relaxed and secluded holiday, but is close to a wide variety of interesting and unusual activities. It sleeps 10 comfortably but could accommodate the odd overnight guest as well. Notes to the rental rates

The property is available from 4.00pm and should be vacated by 10.00am on the final day.
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, but this can be subject to negotiation.
The property should be left clean and tidy as you would whis to find it and any unacceptable mess will attract a surcharge.
There will also be a surcharge for central heating during winter period. This will be based on the gas consumption and will be deducted from the deposit.
When you make an advanced booking:
Please send a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total rental price. Upon receipt of this payment a letter of confirmation of your booking acts on behalf of all membersof the party. The balance of the rental, along with returnable deposit cheque of 250 pounds for damage or breakings must be paid in full nor less than EIGHT weeks before the rental commences.
N:B: Linen and Towels are provided on request but not swimming towels.
