Additional information about rental rates

  • Owners reside nearby in Aignan and all guests are greeted personally upon arrival. Rates include all taxes, all utilities (electricity, gas, water, heating) and all linens (bed linens, towels, pool towels, kitchen & table linens). Fresh linens are provided weekly & the swimming pool is maintained weekly to insure water quality. The telephone is available for incoming calls & emergency calls. Outgoing calls can be made using a calling card.
  • All bookings require a deposit of €300 Euros. The balance payable is due 60 days prior to your stay. In the case of cancellation over 60 days prior to your stay €75 Euros of your deposit will be retained. Under 60 days the deposit will be forfeited, under 30 days all funds received will be forfeit. Arrival after 5pm, departure by 10am unless otherwise arranged by request.
  • All bookings require a security deposit in the form of a separate regular banker’s cheque for €300 Euros due with the balance of your payment, and to be returned within 2 weeks of your departure. The deposit is intended to cover any small damages, repairs, lost or broken items or additional cleaning.
