The owners have restored this home, bringing comfort while preserving authenticity. The summer meals will be taken in the park or under the covered terrace or facing the sunset around the pool. Easy access: 50 min from Toulouse (Airport, TGV, Motorway) and 1 hour from Pyrénées with their exceptional landscapes, the property is located in the heart of 'foie gras' area production. The surrounding producers will make you taste it, accompanied by the best wines from gascony's vineyards, which will seduce you by their richness and diversity (St Mont, Madiran, Armagnac). The visit of Samatan with its 'marché d'antan' is unavoidable (every Monday). For sportsmen: Golf 9 holes at 10 km, Tennis and 2 nautical bases at 13 km, and starting from the house: VTT and pedestrian circuits. The architectural heritage must not be forgotten: Cathedral of Lombez XIIth; Auch and its old city with at the top of the 'Monumental Staircase', Ste Marie Cathedral; Toulouse (la ville rose). Gers will also delight you with many summer festivals such as The Country-music in Mirande, Tempo latino in Vic Fezensac, Jazz in Marciac, Sam'africa, evening markets.

  • Payment in Euros only. Rates include sheets, towels, kitchen linen. Swimming pool towels are not supplied. Electricity in supplement. Booking: After phone call or e-mail, we will send you a renting contract in duplicate, one to send us back with date, your signature and with 30% of the renting amount by cheque or swift transfer; you will pay the balance 4 weeks before arrival. At your arrival, we will establish an inventory and statement, read the electric meter and you give 800€ on security damage deposit. This deposit will be restored at departure deducting the electric consumption, or maximum two month later deducting electric consumption and cost of eventual damages and missing. Possibility of asking for cleaning at the end of your stay: 50€ to pay at your arrival.
