Frozzy's is a delightful, unusual stone villa, large garden, delightful private salt water pool with a soothing, rural view. A relaxing setting in a small village. Sleeps 6 people, there are two large double/triple bedrooms and two smaller single bed rooms (fees apply for additional guest max 2). The new modern kitchen has a dishwasher, and the formal dining room has an open fireplace and large country dining table. The large lounge room has a TV/DVD and stereo/CD player with a luxurious leather lounge to lay back in. Stone and timber feature throughout this home. The large terrace overlooks the private pool, garden, farmland and forest, this is a perfect place to soak up the daily spectacular sunsets, relaxing with a glass of the delightful local wine, with crusty bread and foie gras or cheese. Stroll across the road to sample of the best local and traditional restaurants. Within a short drive to great local markets, shopping convinces and historic tourist sites. Broadband internet

Within an easy 15 minute drive you have vineyards, village markets, castles and not to forget the convenience of Prayssac - a market town with most of the necessary shops. Just 7 kilometres away is the 12 C town of Puy l'Eveque with its warm ochre toned houses rising up over the banks of the Lot. The Medieval city of Cahors is just 30 minutes away and Toulouse is around 1.5 hr. The Lot valley is famous for its beautiful towns, castles, the Cahors wine, prehistoric caves and gorgeous country side. Food is one of the local passions with a very good restaurant across the road from the house. The Dordogne is just 15 minutes and Bergerac airport about 1 hour.
