Campagnac is a traditional Quercy house that has been recently renovated and is completely surrounded by fields and located in a quiet rural area 6kms from the bastide village of Lauzerte. The side terrace lies in full sunshine and is ideal for relaxing, and al-fresco meals. Nearest main towns: Moissac & Valence d'Agen - 25 minutes.

Originally a 1283 bastide it has a good range of shops & restaurants and a 9 hole golf course nearby. Lauzerte: Nicknamed the Toledo of Quercy, its interesting square, which looks as if it's been turned up like a page of a book, sits in the centre of this lovely bastide village that has a choice of restaurants and shops.

Stairs lead down to the ground floor that has a twin bedroom, with a door to the rear terrace, and a double bedroom. Shower-room with wc. The pool and terrace have lights and paved surrounds.
