Our traditional town house situated only 5 minutes walk from the town square with its shops and restaurants in the fishing village Etaples, 3 miles from the chic resort of Le Touquet with its huge sandy beach, and 1 hour from Calais. There is direct train and motorway links to Paris and Euro Disney is only 2 hours drive.The house is a modernised traditional town house on 3 floors: ground floor- fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave with dining table and chairs; comfortable sitting room with open fireplace, tv (french), dvd and radio/cd player leading to small enclosed courtyard with table and chairs; bathroom and separate lavatory, washing machine. 1st Floor- 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, bathroom with shower only and lavatory. 2 Floor- 2 further bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin plus cot. Gas central heating throughout; linen and towels (not beach) is included in rental price.

Etaples is only one hour from Calais and 3 miles from the chic resort of Le Touquet with its enormous sandy beach, Aqualud water theme park, golf courses,tennis, horse riding and other all year round sporting/leisure activities.Sand sailing is also a popular regional activity.The amusement park of Bagatelle in Stella Plage is 5 miles away. Nausicaa Marine Park is located in Boulogne only 15 miles away. We are also well positioned for visits to the First World War battlefields and memorial sites, as well as as the V1 and V2 rocket sites used during the Second World war. Paris is only 3 hours away by car or train whilst Euro Disney is about 2 hours drive on the motorway. There are scenic walks, nature reserves for bird watching and good cycling routes nearby. Etaples is the base for the fishing fleet and the local restaurant, Le Restaurant Aux Pecheurs, is owned by the fishermen's cooperative and sourced daily with fresh sea food. Traditional markets are held twice a week in Etaples.

The leisure amenities of Le Touquet are only 3 miles away with its enormous sandy beach and golfing facilities. There is good off street parking. Paris and EuroDisney are within easy reach and the house is situated in an area of all year round amenities.

Golf details: Etaples is within 1/2 hour drive from several major championship links and inland courses: Le Touquet, Hardelot, St. Omer, Belle Dune, Wimereux. Visitors are welcome all year but you are advised to book tee times in advance in peak season and to bring handicap certificates.
