Montreuil sur Mer - historic walled town about 20 minutes drive away with great literary associations (Jean Valjean was its maire in Victor Hugo's Les Miserables and it was visited by Laurence Sterne).
The Sept Vallees, especially the Authie Valley and Foret du Crecy - unspoilt rural France.
Le Crotoy and St Valery sur Somme - attractive yachting resorts.
La Marquenterre bird sanctuary - unique in France.
WW1 Battlefield sites.
Just outside Berck is Parc Bagatelle a distinctively French amusement park.
If you get bored then Paris is a brisk 2 hours 30 minutes drive away - le Touquet is its beach after all!

Please note that bookings must be made through Agence No 1 in Le Touquet and that they require payment in euros by cheque or bank draft. Unfortunately they cannot accept English debit or credit cards.
Golf:
45 holes at le Touquet, (La Mer - the classic championship course, La Foret - shorter and more sheltered than La Mer but a fair test of golf for most players, Le Manoir - 9 holes - advertised as the beginner's course but still quite attractive and testing). There is a driving range, good short game practice facilities, buggies available and the usual amenities.
There are 36 holes at Hardelot, 36 at Nampont St Martin, an excellent 18 holes at Fort Mahon (Belle Dune), plus courses at Wimereux, Arras, St Omer, Dunquerque and Abbeville
