The old harbour 'Le VieuxBassin', the restaurants and shops are five minutes walking away from the apartment of the Clos Massillon. This apartment, with an area of 80 m², is located in a beautiful XIXth Century middle class house with a private parking for our guests. It includes a dining-room, a fully equipped American kitchen, a large lounge with satellite TV and DVD, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with bunk beds) and a bathroom with separate toilets. A third people can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. This apartment is three minutes walking from the swimming pool, the tennis courts and the public garden. 10 minutes away from the beach, it is a very quiet apartment.

There are three apartments for rent in this house: The accommodation in the apartment of the clos Massillon (80 m²) is for 6 people. The apartment of the Clos Massillon takes up the whole first floor and has the use of two parking spaces. The apartment of the Clos Vorin (45m²) sleeps four people. It is on the second floor of the house and has the use of one parking space. The apartment of the Clos Berthot (45m²) accommodates four people. It is located on the ground floor and has the use of one parking space. This very quiet house consists of five apartments. We own four of them. The fourth one, a studio on the ground floor, is available for rent since May 2006.

Notes to the rental rates

• The rates are 720 € per week from Friday to Friday in July and August. For New Year, the rate is 690 for the week. From September to June, the rates are 490 € per week, 275 € for a two nights week end, 345 € for three nights, 400 € for four nights. We offer stays from Monday to Friday at 340 € for five to six people.
  
• The rates for two people are 380 € per week from September to June. For a two nights week end, the price is 210 € and 290 € for three nights. We offer stays from Monday to Friday for two people at 260 €. A four nights stay is 320 €.
  
• The rates for four people are 460 € per week from September to June. For a two nights week end, the price is 255 € and 335 € for three nights. We offer stays from Monday to Friday for four people at 305 €. A four nights stay is 385 €.

We recommend our favorite restaurants: 'Le Petit Mareyeur' rue Haute 5 minutes away from the apartment, 'Le Bréard' rue du Puits, 'Entre Terre et Mer' rue Haute, a wine bar with very good rustic-style dishes consisting of garnished slices of bread, ' Bacaretto', rue de La Chaussée.

Hiking

There are a lot of hiking paths in Honfleur and its surroundings. You will find survey maps available at the apartment of the Clos Massillon.

Museum

The apartment is located 2 minutes away from the Satie Museum. Many museums are waiting for your visit in Honfleur.

Golf Information:

A golf course, at Saint Gatien, is only 15 minutes away from the apartment.
