An ideal base for exploring Northern France - Bayeux, The Cote Fleurie, D-Day Beaches, Calvados. Close to ferry ports, easily accessible. The seaside resorts of Cabourg and Houlgate with a wide selection of bars and restaurants are both within walking distance, as is Dives Sur Mer with its colourful Saturday market.

Notes to the rental rates

• Deposit of 25% payable at time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 will be added to the cost of the holiday (Refundable subject to deductions for breakages and/or excessive cleaning costs.)
  Changeover day is normally Tuesday but there could be some flexibility if required.
  Duvets & pillows provided. Linen can be hired if required.

There are a number of good golf courses nearby - Caen, Cabourg, Deauville.

Miles of sandy beaches

Within a few minutes walk are the beaches at Houlgate and Cabourg. These beaches have plenty of space for everyone and are never crowded. If you want to explore it's possible to walk for miles along the coast in both directions.

Historic Normandy on the doorstep

The D-Day landing beaches are close by as is the famous Pegasus Bridge with its superb visitor centre. The historic city of Caen is nearby and a little further is Bayeux. If you feel like exploring further afield then Paris is only a train ride away from the station in Caen. The superb world heritage site of Mont St Michel is one & a half hours drive.
