Delightful 17th century fisherman's cottage, superb location, sleeps 2-4
This is a delightful fisherman's cottage, dating from the 17th century and located in the heart of Honfleur. The cottage is in the historic quarter of Honfleur with its half-timbered houses, slate roofs and cobbled streets. It is in a quiet area but the cottage is just a few minutes walk from Honfleur's main attraction, the Old Port with its yachts and fishing boats, surrounded by lively restaurants, cafes and traditional street market. This is an ideal self-catering rental for 2 but can sleep up to 4. The cottage is on 3 floors. The ground floor is a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, leading out to a small courtyard. On the second floor is the lounge andbathroom/shower. The lounge has a large 3 seater sofa bed (clic-clac) which comfortably sleeps 2. There is a cosy wood-burning fire to relax by. Steep wooden stairs lead to the third floor bedroom and en suite bathroom; views across the skyline of Honfleur and even glimpses of the River Seine.
