Our very pretty thatched and half timbered Cottage has a private swimming pool properly fenced in accordance with the latest regulations. It is in it's own secluded gardens and has off street parking for several cars. It is half an hour drive from the sea at Honfleur or Rouen and an hour and a half from Paris or less on the train. It is in a small hamlet a couple of miles from the market town of Brionne which has all facilities and a mile and a bit from Pont Audemer which has some small shops and restaurants. There is a flat screen television and DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a CD/Tape player. There is a freestanding barbecue in the garden and tables and chairs are on the patio. The Kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher microwave/grill etc

Eure cottage rental

Location: Eure in France

The Cottage is situated just outside the market town of Brionne on a quiet country lane. It is perfectly placed to explore the region and further afield. Paris is 1 1/2 hours by car or a 1hour train journey. Honfleur and Rouen are about half an hour away as is Richard the Lionheart's spectacular castle at Les Andeleys. There are lovely gardens to explore close by. Supermarkets are only 5 minutes away as are restaurants and shops in Brionne. The twice weekly markets have produce you cannot see in the UK. There is a wild mushroom stall, super fish stalls and a large Rotisserie selling top quality spit roasted poultry and meats - that's dinner sorted then!
