This former Boulangerie is situated in the hamlet of St Aubin de Bonneval. It is deceptively spacious, conveniently arranged for family living and very tastefully furnished by its English owner. Exposed beams and wood floors lend warmth and charm to its cottage atmosphere. The cottage faces a beautifully restored listed 13th Century Church which lies at the heart of this intimate and friendly community and offers a particularly safe and attractive environment for children.

St Aubin is situated at the crossroads of Calvados, the Orne and the Eure and offers easy access to all the regions tourists’ activities. The local town of Orbec with its restaurants, bars and shopping facilities is within a ten minute drive. A further 10 minutes will bring you to the delightful river town of Bernay; famous for its Farmers' Market, Antique Shops and a wide selection of Bars and Restaurants. Normandy is wonderful, white sandy beaches and the delightful harbour towns of Trouville, Deauville and Honfleur are all within an easy 45 mins drive. St Aubin is an ideal base to make the best of your Normandy holiday: Bayeux with its famous tapestry, and Monet’s garden at Giverny are within easy reach – as is Paris.
