Photos and Description of this Calvados holiday house Lovely houses, sleep 6 and 2-4 communal heated shared pool.

The houses sit in a private gated development of approx 25 properties parade of shops / restaurants/ takeaway pizza 2 minutes walk. The houses are built in the traditional Normandy style, very nicely decorated with all the comforts of home (washing machines, dishwasher, heating) heated pool is shared amongst all the properties Only 3 houses are use for holiday lets.Pic shown is of pool house with showers/toilets/changing rooms Pool is open mid June-mid September. Only 5 minutes drive from the long stunning sandy beaches of Deauville and Trouville. No 20 sleeps 6 plus baby comfortably with good sized living accommodation. 2 bedroom house can sleep 2 adults and 2 children .Both areas have fabulous shops, wonderful markets, great golf and superb restaurants. You will be spoilt for choice! Visit the stunning port of Honfleur only 15 minutes away or travel to Rouen, Caen, Houlgate and Cabourg to name a few places worth visiting.

3 double beds comprising of 2 rooms with double beds and 3rd room with 2 singles plus cot if required. open plan sitting room/kitchen and dining area plus working fireplace leading out to enclosed small garden overlooking pool.. very child friendly. 2 separate toilets plus 2 bathrooms one with shower room and one with bath.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was as described - clean and well equipped.

The garden was smaller than expected but was secluded and was big enough to have a barbecue one evening.

The pool was great for the kids.

Local alimentation was convenient as was the local bistro/cafe, the boucherie and patissierie - all you could need without going to the supermarket.


Deauville beach was fab for the kids but we most enjoyed visiting Honfleur for the adults which was prettier and much cheaper.
